starview 7

im trying to get a starview 7box up and running.
loaded new firmware (show must go on) scanned for channels but theres no connection status and channels are scrambled.
im in birmingham is the server down ?

Have you went to a pay channel like sp1 and typed in 1819 0n your remote to turn the internet on for the box.
