Connect your box to your computer via rs232 null modem cable, put your starview on standby, fire up the 8.02 exe loader, hit the download/upload button one or the other,
It will either start flashing it, or your will need to configure your com port on your computer.

if its a serial port on your pc,just connect cable to pc and box. open gtrom 8.02 and click download. takes a few minutes to do, leave for a minute or so then connect box to tv...
not sure about usb so cant help there, sorry.
have box on standby when you d/load.
