Some Channels Not Working

I have some channels that dont work like

Gold
Good Food etc
Film 4

Can anyone help?? i have done a factory reset

id be happy if i had any channels not sure what im doing wrong but all i get is hs net disconnected i cant see any cs net or u stream my eyes are going blurry from reading to many posts and im all confused can any one give me some pointers

Have you put in 1819 with the remote to connect?
