starview 5 problem

Hi

SV5 will not play SV combo video recordings from USB harddrive
any ideas how to fix this?

hi mate is the hard drive on fat32////check size of harddrive for sv5 capable of running sv5 if can remeber not run over 420gb //i use to run 320gb on sv5 on fat 32 hope it helps /

Hi there is no issue with the harddrive the sv5 can see
The recordings but does not play them.
Does the sv5 record in a different format
From the sv combo?
