i'm in the merseyside area, box is 2011 don't know if any of these factors make any difference but maybe

people on old firmware have you rebooted all units?as in off for 30 secs then on are you connected or not trying to build up a picture.recheck if you need to re enter the code.

either the server is down or the software is not doing its job as mine in tyne and wear is saying not connected,and yes i have reset everything and enabled the net.Lets hope its the server.

have upgraded to 2.12, but it still saying not connected . have tried 1819 what now ?

Mine stopped working yesterday so I updated with the new software still no joy, tried every tricks I am now confused because I have a friend just up 2 miles from were I am living and he is on old firmware and the star never stopped working and I phoned him to check again today and said its working fine, so the issue is not the firmware some thing to do with the power in some areas I suppose, can some one confirm what the issue is about?

Hi I just scanned the box again this morning and bang I am back on business all working fine, please rescan your box again and add the usual 1819 should be ok.

Rescanning will not cause the box to connect to the server.

just switch it off from the back and turn it on after minute or so it will work
