new software

i downloaded the new software and i did eveything and enable but no channels come and it comes up with not connected what should i do?

take out the ethernet cable
do a factory default
scan for channels
plug in the ethernet cable
reboot the box & router
give it a good 5 mins
go to sly sports
press 1819 on remote

people from this site and other sites have confirmed their boxes are working with new firmware from today...

#....but no extra channels added, so dont expect any immidiately. :-)

Mine isn't working either, but I'll try all these help things!! ^^
