starview 7 really need some help, please.

hi every one

i got a starview 7 box and am having problems getting channels on, there is new firmware on bigmac tool bar but im still only getting 4 channels with this. im in tamworth west midlands are.

does any body have any info that can help me getting this up and running again?

i only had this a short time befor they went down and thought they were dead foreva, and now there up and running again i cant seem to get it to work, i am a bit of a novice to be fair so help is much needed.
