starview 7 install help

hi, i got the new firmware and follwed instructions that were on the download page but im still only getting 4 channels.

what am i doing wrong? the only part of instructions i dont fully understand is when i scan for channels is says symbol rate "your symbol rate" what does this part mean?

im really stuck and frustrated and need help please.

symbol rate is 6887 or 6952 depending whereabouts you are
