Starveiw 7 Still not getting some channels ?

Basically, I've just updated to the latest starveiw update and I am still not getting some channels, for example sky movies and Documentries channels please help, i am really stuck and i am missing all my movies.

seems to me that the boxs are down at this present time of day and all spts channels are saying scramble in lpool area.could be that they are of at this moment

how do you download the latest software for starview 7?

just wondering about this new showmustgoon 2, i thought it was to fix the freqency changes that virmin do now and again, if so why did we not get back all the channels that went off about 2 weeks ago when they did it, so this update should of sorted that and please dont say install update, factory reset and press 1819 on remote and switch your router off for 30 seconds and then back on, i know that and im sure everyone else does as well because there is people on here with many post but im sure they copy and paste what they say about 100 times a day

firmware cant fix a frequency change,a factory reset and rescan does that,are you scanning from direct feed? and more to the point what is your signal and quality like bad signal you will lose channels,all the channels are not on sv yet but are been added,and no i dont copy and paste i type my answers
