Starview 1 problems

Hi All

Hope you can help. My starview box says no signal, ive unplugged everything and did a factory reset, its got the signal back now, when I retune only 3 channels are found, ive checked EMU is on, can anyone help? Where have all the channels gone

they seem to have another trick up there sleeve all boxes down in my area the box will not even a/u and putting new codes in does nothing

They are one step ahead of us all, I tried new codes then retuned still no difference, will leave it to update over night thanks

yes satsmo i have put the new fix on the s/v 1 i have the latest firmware on the s/v 4 they have done something again the box will not a/u even when i press defult key on both boxes is there a way to unlock the signal

@ Martin have you tried disabling the key emu / keycode and then pressing the default key. Then re enable it?

Another thing however is some subbed boxes have also gone down, so it could be also CC fault related.

looking around all types of boxes are going down they must be doing it in areas @ a time

yes m8 just saying no signal if i press s/l on a $ channel it says unlock on a fta it says lock on the s/v 4

Looks like a cable issue on there side there are quite a few tickets
