can anyone help what do i need to open file for starview 3 is this a bin file cant open it needs a program

the files are zipped mate

download win rar and then extract the files mate

after that connect the box to the computer using the null modem cable (rs232)

and click download

afte you have flashed it.. dont forget to factory reset, rescan, set default key, switch on emu and exit 3 times

you dont open the bin file ,you need to insert it it on the loader to flash the box ,this is for starview 2 if you have starview 3 the file is already in the loader.
