Need help to get channels

hi lads i have done all that has been put on here and i still cant get sky sports or anyother pay channels ,,,help please

are you getting fta channs /if so have you try factory reset then put new softy ware on slys 1 then 1819///un see if woks dont forget to scan box un put to 6/// pres the thanks button

I have never rebooted my router or modem and all seems ok with the channels that are available..
