Starview supplier not responding to queries

I have a Starview 7 only pruchased in Jan 2011. After the issues we all went through things were going fine until recently. My Starview 7 box stopped working.

There is no picture on screen. At first I thought that the Scart lead was loose or the usual cables had moved. Upon checking these they all worked fine.

I then changed Scart Leads again no change still no picture on screen.

I have done all sorts of tuning & re-tuning of TV, along with checking all other units via Scart Lead. These all work fine.

As a final test I borrowed another Starview 7 Box from a friend. Plugged this in & this worked without any issue.

I think the only conclusion is that the box is faulty.

When you switch the box on in the small screen the text UCr appears. Again knowing the reboot sequence when this is used the text C113 appears then boot then UCr

The television screen then flickers as if it is getting a signal via the Scart Lead. It then dissapears.

Please advise your thoughts on a possible solution.
