    Not Connected

    My Starview 7 has just gone down & showing not connected.
    I have tried all the usual solutions like rebooting & factory reset but still nothing.
    I am in West Bromwich.

    Anyone else with this issue?

          I have been told with two friends not connected in Lancs I tried new software but no joy any 1 can give any clue to why only some boxes not working thanks for your help.
          Tools owned: Hammer, Chisel, Crowbar, Punch, Chainsaw, Cutter and Brain!!!

              have you done factory reset and then do a scan for channels when its done go on ss1 press 1819 then ok it sud work if not switch it of for a few mins then switch back on if that doesnt work then dont no

                  when you rebooted did you put in 1819 again it should work

                      mines ok mate,im in staffordshire,id unplug router and box and make sure your internet is working

                              your not alone i have seen loads of posts boxes not connecting,have you powered off at rear box modem and router for 1 min then on??

                              try putting the first one back on and reset rescan etc

                                  Thanks cactikid, I have done all that and I have been on the game for to long now but its happening to only star6 it looks that the 12 months are over or some think else am I missing something, confused.

                                      If you do a few boxes from the same ip would SV block the IP ?????
