Wont Connect

Hi, im a newbie , but ive done a lot of reading before asking for help. Im still stuck.

Got my new sv7 . followed all instuctions . I get over 300 showing , can watch all freeview but everthing else says not connected, just says scramble . I have checked lan etc , all fine, ip is showing. what i also noticed is the dns only shows up after the 1819 code goes in, so i pressume thats when it connects up via lan. Ive tried lots of times reflashing and factory reset and searching. i always pick up the channels just wont connect. ive put on standby after entering code, reset modem and box etc, but still nothing.

What i did notice is after i switch of router for 30 secs and back on , i have to right click and repair on my internet (VM) connection to get it back online on my laptop.

Any help would be appreciated , may also help others in same boat as me.

I have noticed ur other threads also, read them also to see if any1 had shed any light on the situation.

Hi mate, i know less than you. last i used this stuff was on Nag2. I do have a mate with a bit of knowledge gonna go online and speak to a few people he knows about C/S. If someone solves it , ill let you know

go into starview 7 downloads and download new software called show must go on onto usb stick.....
then flash the box (s/ware upgrade) factory reset then auto search for channells .then go to channell 511 press 1819 on remote followed by ok .make shaw ethernet cable in aswell and v/m line

Try putting version 1 SMGO first then version 2.12

tryed that tae no joy ??? like the box is being rejected from severs??? anybody got there sv7 goin ??

try carling factory reset scan then 8989 the put showmustgonon1 and then showmustgoon2.1.2 then 1819 meant to work didnt work for me

same problem every1 with a new box just need to wait on s/w fix
