who sold it you? contact supplier, he made need details of box so it can be added to server.

but these boxes are nothing but trouble, if they fix this problem for you, you will get more hassles soon. if its possible to get refund, take it.

options for update s/w boolader and s/w do i update with carling 1.04 both these then update to showmustgoon2.1.2?? to get it to connect

From the main [COLOR=#0066ff !important][COLOR=#0066ff !important]menu[/COLOR][/COLOR] go to Utility and then press the right arrow button and select usb
from the right hand side, you will see the Carling/Guinness file press ok on it and make sure to select SW+ALL DATA UPDATE.. i have 2 options s/w and bootloader s/w??? HELP

s/w update the first one mate dont touch the bootloader

tried that no joy push fn and goto network manager get error8000???? net works fine for my xbox 360 and computer even when i connect directly to modem still the same

there are loads of boxes not connecting,which looks like been rejected,problem at their end.

box never been connected only bought it on wednesday from mycablebox and put latest showmsutgoon2.12 on it m8 , must be a fix s/w coming out because seems alot ppl have this problem?????

did you go to channell 511 and press 1819 then okay on remote matey

THE ANSWER : I made a phone call ( don't ask me to whom ) they told me that the new SMGO 2.12 was developed to stop clone boxes and leechers using their server.
Any box that has not been registered (connected) with the Original SMGO will need to be manually added to the server list at the moment, but they are trying to reprogramme the firmware to faciltate this problem, nothing is going to be ready for maybe 1 week, the SV team are fully aware of this problem and will endeavour to fix this ASAP
