With me being rather stupid abd new to this, i have mistakenly downloaded The Box software to my starview 1, now i can't do anything with it, is there a way to fix this problem.

Hi Mate , can you get it to power up ?
If you can , use the starview V4.00 GTrom loader , and try to reflash it with
V257e firmware , if you succeed , then flash Cryptstar V1.5 , (available from this site in downloads section) over this .
