Hi Ther, I got Starview 1 Clone, I put the wrong software in, so the box is dead now, there's just a clickin noice coming when i swict it ON, i tryed to JTAG with SKYMAX 2.2, It Connects Then i clicked on Erase and then i clicked on Write and in that i selected the new firmware which is CryptStar-v1.5-Core257, it starts wrtting but at the End it says it Failed. This is the error: "Error writing flash at address 80000000 ACK = 00000000"

What you need is a volt meter to check the power board is delivering the the three different voltages from the ribon cable to the cpu board cant remember off hand what they are but its something like 3 , 7 , 12 volts . the conection to the ribon on the power board has the voltages printed next to it . there are two ground conection also at the same point . This will prove if the power board is at least delivering the power to were ist needed. Dont just assume the capacitors are ok as I had to replace two on my power board and they showed no blown tops or any indication they were faulty one was the C15 and the other C 11
