starview 6 channels gone

i have had smgo on and had smgo2 on all was working fine now all the channels have gone i have only got channels 1 to 5 anyone please help?

does it say not connected?? factory reset and scan gain

wont power up now stuck with a yellow light on

try vturn box off ///hold down the 0 button keep held down turn back on see wot happens ////worth tryin every button if above dont work //please thank if helps
