i found the email on another forum. not much more info other than thatn. no1's new boxes are connected, its only the new boxes that are affected. if it was on before then it is on now otherwise none will connect. Ive went down the route of sending mine back under the 7 day distance seller rule which means all goods can be returned within 7 days. now it says warranty void if software changed but that dosent come into it if paying by paypal. paypal have there own laws, finally an advantage from using paypal

Nope m8 if they say warranty void due to software installed by user, and its a third party software not even paypal will help you on that one, lots have tried and failed, remember one thing there is nothing wrong with the box, it works as described FTA as sold you decided to hack the box for illegal purposes, they did not supply you with the software so all on your shoulders.

But let us know how you get on would like to hear if you did manage to get a refund.

You will also find that people have sent mac address to these people over a week ago and are still not working, which was supposed to be a 24 hr return to service.

Why not help the people asking for help keith 555, thats what you do on forums, rather than just telling people to read. I'm sure you have needed help before with your sv combo or kv now.

You will find that the combo dont work anyways, so no point sending a mac for that box, as Sv no longer suport this and it will only work on sat side.

If people want to send a mac to this kiddy guy go to his profile and send him a pm simple, but as people have been doing this since last Monday and still no ones boxes have been switched on which was supposed to be a 24hr fix, you will all just have to wait or stick your boxes on flebay simple.

The authenticity of the mac will be checked and come online within 12hours.

(the addresses are located on the rear of your stb)

Actuall was supposed to be 12 hrs i see so you can see how long it has been over a week now and not a single box back on.

Also for people looking for the email address the first line of it can be found on post 7, all i did was go back to start and look, people are just lazy and like to be spoonfed nothing more, so if you add the name on post 7 to the rest of the details that can be found within these post put them all together and you will have the email address happy hunting.

If i can find it you all can by a simple read back!!!

Hi mate , ill screen shot for you once i win the claim. its how you word it bud. Intermittent fault and all that :-) . Im a paypal veteran, well took over a 1million quid in payments over the years
