where to find sv 6/7 mac

you will find the mac for sv 6/7 inside box if you look
though the vent on top

they also said on white sticker beside barcode

sorry that was what we was told but after looking all over
the box then inside there was a sticker said mac if
you lock though the vent you may see it but some ppl say there box havent got one
this by be why ppl ant getting connected wrong number

found the white sticker inside and it says mac on it emailed it aff today should be good now

if your starview box is connected to your router.

Log into your router, go to attached devices or something similar.

it will show all the devies connected with the MAC address one of them with say STB and that will be your starview box..
