Hi all as i say i am a total novice and would be most appreciative of all help in setting up my the box super usb from start to finish as i have never done anything like this before so would love an idiots guide to set it up many thanks

Ok you got a usb stick to upload the firmware ?, or did it come preloaded with the firmware on it?
You have to flash the logo file then the firmware file via the usb stick,all firmware can be found at the very top of this forum under sticky ok, you need at least 5 posts to download though.
Once you have the loaded the firmware and logo file onto your box you need to do an automatic scan of your provider,once thats done you have to go into the menu and enable it, (I dont think I'm allowed to mention how to do that, but search the board or google it.)

Cheers for your help. My box did not cme with the USB - so bought one. I have downloaded the firmware but I don't recall seeing anything about the logo file. do you know where I can find this file. Also I have v1.05 & v1.06 any ideas on which is the better version to upload.
