STARVIEW 7 error code

swiched box on today and getting error c113 and ucr no picture or sound cannot use the remote,tried my other box and thats fine.

try Av/TV button on starview remote should do it

thanks for that ,had to reboot the box several times before it swiitched over now up and runniing .

got sv 7 but saying not connected any one help pls

keep reading forums will get your answer.the latest s/ware show must go works but you had to have the early s/ware as it had a passcode.may need to email mac address to supply to register it.If its brand new.....and thekiddy is busy trying to get the answers for everyone.

For future ref:

C113, Boot, UCr Problem

1. Switch box on wait for a few seconds until booting has
finished.
2. Press MENU on remote
3. Press DOWN ARROW BUTTON once
4. Press RIGHT ARROW BUTTON once
5. Press DOWN ARROW BUTTON twice
6. Press OK BUTTON twice

The box should reboot and the display should come back on
