hello as anyone had the same proble as me with the starview 7 box have put the new soft wear on ane is still not connting i have tuck it to my mate how as set them up lots of time and eve he is stuck

i had same problem turn your box off at the back leave it off for 5 mins and turn back on worked for me cheers

i sent my mac ten days ago n i put new file in n stil says not registered which is not connected

i guess you just have to sit tight and give it more time m8.
