comfirmation of new boxes working

Could people please put in this thread that if there new starview box is working with the new update, only the people that where getting not connected and not the ones that where working before todays new firmware please, just so people know whats happening.

thanks pal, thats what people want to know, no one has really posted yet that theres was not working before whether they are working now with the new update or not, mine is working but i had the old firmware working before i updated with this new one.

i read on another forum kiddy trying for a fix on those boxes that are saying "Unregistered" or cant connect...so its a wait and see game again

I purchased a USED SV6 for a tenner. user couldnt connect box, kept saying Not Connected.

anyways, I've loaded the NEW firmware "smgo221.ups" and its saying on a blue box on screen

"Logon Message"

"NOT Registered Box"

"Box No: xxxxxxxxxxxxxx"

I've tried all usual stuff like factory reset, set ip manually, rebooted both router and sv6 for over 5 mins but no joy.

User with new box's I will have a solution for you all by the end of the day although they cannot be added to our current service as it has been locked down only for existing users!

The reason for this is as iv said on number of occasions that there was some unusual activity and also box's being cloned and Leaching from our service and we will not allow or tolerate this!

I will post later on this afternoon regarding a solution! KIDDY ON OTHER FORUM
