lost all prem chanels

hi all have v**gin changed all thier chanels ,the wife just phoned me to say all have gone ,have the latest fix on the starview 2 got her to do a rescan came back as no chanels found ? any help cheeers

first of all I would check the channels which are named as tv100 and soo on

after that I would do a factory reset and then rescan on a direct feed

enter Cas menu

set default key

switch emu on

exit 3 times

should solve the problem

thanks i think she tried that ,bit hard as i,m at work giving insrutions over the phone to a tecno phobe and atwoman to boot .Will try iot all myself when i get home Thanks
