Just to let everyone no,if your box was on yesterday with the old firmware and is saying not connected today.To get connected again you must put the new software on and all will be well again.If this helped please say thanks.

i tried to sort my box out and it started to go haywire the channels kept changing and i wasn`t pressing anything on the remote so turned it of at the back now my remote won`t connect to it so i can`t get the new software to download or sort channels nothing anyone got any ideas how to sort this

how old are the batteries in your remote......ARE THEY DEAD..

Its either the battries or a button on your remote is stuck down.

I've got the same issue, all the channels are showing as not connected, so is there a new update? How often does the system upgrade?
