Hi, updated new firmware but screen shows a login message of not registered box and gives the box number. It didn't connect before the firmware either. what can i do?

User with new box's I will have a solution for you all by the end of the day although they cannot be added to our current service as it has been locked down only for existing users!
The reason for this is as iv said on number of occasions that there was some unusual activity and also box's being cloned and Leaching from our service and we will not allow or tolerate this!
I will post later on this afternoon regarding a solution!
MINES THE SAME AS YOURS WAITING GAME LIKE BEEN FOR WEEKS

Stop talking BS about subs people just wont pay for a sub standard service. If they dont give the 12 months as stated a couple of months ago SV will get very few recs or customers.Comment

so i take it there is no fix for the starview boxes saying not registered. just done the bloody password code. for god sake
