could any put me in the picture as all the boxes gone off ////is it a waitin game now ive got sv7 box had 8month do i put new firmware on and wait or is ther a secret numbers to get it workin //do i need to send mac address /etc /////please guide us in right direction ///////if old boxes workin why ant mine wokin //

Do the S/W update and you should be good to go there are no secret codes mate mines ok and i have sv6...............

go to s sports 1,-------- then press 1819.

1819 wont work if he hasnt got the latest sw loaded in his box.
