have you tried going to osd and changing to 16,9

If you have the new software on your box now and your box was running on the old software and it went of it will work.You need to turn your modem router and box off.Then turn your modem on then 2 minutes later turn your router on then 2 mins later turn your starview on.Now go to ss1 and wait a few minutes and it will connect.Hope this helps.

Tnks Bernard1412 & chukles53 .. its no go. I am a techi so do know my way around this boxes ... both my routers ( have 2 BBand line ) stil no go

Guys good news managed to get boxes running now and getting expire date for the 1st time .. had to reset my router and reload new patch on box .. Thanks to everyone who helped with suggestions .. Many thanks guys.
