What else is suppose to happen people are selling Boxs with the capability to get onto the server so it needed locking down!!as a result all the wholesalers with existing stock in the country wer unable to put the stb on the system so there seemed to be only one valid way we could keep the wholesalers happy and not have them out of pocket was to charge for the stbs!! And what you will find is the box prices will now drop to compensate for the connection prices!

So now your saying you have done this to keep the wholesalers happy...... Not your customers..... Well there you go you have answered my next question..... So the wholesalers are not out of pocket but your customers are.... A person a couple of weeks ago mentioned this about servers will be up and running just to get rid of existing stock but was warned.... Cant remember his name I think your inadequate staff owe him an applogy because he was telling the truth

Nice try safc1234..... He'll do it for ?25 for 6 months..... and after 2 weeks the server will be down again.... Starview is like a yoyo up and down up and down.... but with a yoyo you only pay once and there is no sub fee's

I don't disagree with the fact that to renew subscriptions we would have to start paying, the fact that so far the SV service has been shit i am prepared to put that behind me, what the real annoying fact is (forget all the politics) new boxes that where bought from well known distributors have never connected to the server,,,never worked and now you want ?45. maybe the boxes now will be cheaper but everyone on here who have new boxes and never connected paid the going rate. My supplier took details of my mac address's weeks ago with the promise of connection,,,you yourself on here quoted to contact the supplier to sort all this out.....nothing sorted just more money. my own personal box when that expires i will probably pay the 45 quid for...but not the new boxes i have sitting here

well the law of averages says that spme will go to sv and some to kv.. despite NEITHER box being reliable..
these same people will not listen to advice to go sat whilst there is the most miniscule glimmer of hope..
