How long you had it? Sv6 would probably be around a year old, it would of gone off after a year anyway, the only way to get your box running is pay sub, but would you really want to? Best bet is look at other options.

this is absolutely ridiculous. i buy my boxes directly from the kiddy and he charges me 175. i assumed this high price was for hassle free viewing. now its another 45 for a year. thats 215 quid for a box that costs 110. not a happy customer and will not be paying again.

First message but an avid follower of kaos , my questions to you kiddy is :- Why didnt you have a payment system in place with full instructions BEFORE knocking off the first batch of boxes ,

As far as we were told the countdown starts from the day you get connected to the server, what?s the point buying equipment when having countdown started from the day it lives the factory. NOT WORKABLE.

The Intension was to give our customers more than 12 months although there is 36% that have actually had 15 months already! And only a small percentage have being disconnected through expiry today!

But unfortunately what has happened is simply the consequence of an unofficial realise thus making this inevitable!
Although it was only decided when we discovered there was an unofficial release of the box thus forcing us to lock the system down! Why should the time and effort and cost be taken for these guys to freeload and stress the systems that is intended for the paying customers that we where trying to please!

Although the support service has only proved the rumors "when stock is gone, the server will go down" WRONG!!! It will stay up along as people are joining

We are not perfect and I dare say no system in this field is perfect! Sat or cable based but one thing for certain both systems are value for money!

As for charging for support does noone realise that ?90 for a box plus 45 for support (?135) is still significantly cheaper than going to sly share where your looking at least to purchase 150 worth of equipment then far more of a hassle setting up then subs of atleast ?10 a month!

Or you could go with a kryptview for 150 that that's 105 (actual wholesale price) plus ?45 for 12months sub's and no support! And currently just lost 5000 units! Thus will be charging for sub's in the near future!

Then with anything in this type of game! Nothing is guaranteed! Especially with cccam in the up and coming months!

As for the other stb they have not being forgotten about and they would have been realised earlier if we had not discovered the unofficial!

I'm sorry for these guys who have just bought Boxs but you will have to purchase the subscriptions although, one of our sales teams will be in contact with the wholesalers and offer bulk deals so hopefully you will get ur sub's for free or even very cheap! But it's down to them!

Oh n please don't knock out nonsense about wanting people's data and numbers ect it's pathetic! We are a professional team ( may not appear to be at times) but your information is safe! It's not like wer asking for names, addresses, Nat insurance and passport numbers!

Also if you think back several month ago! We could have left you in the dark but we showed you a new light and get you guys back on considering I my self was reading articles n posts saying Sv is dead! By these self confessed gurus but we proved them wrong! And these seem to be the same ever negative posters! Even I posted pics and they shouted photoshopped! (I can see a photoshopped image a mile off) then 30seconds later I realised tge smgo1 :-S

These are some of the people giving advice. Please guys just wait for the information from the horses mouth you will eventually get it! And we will get there in the end ;-)

i understand that you are justified chargeing to reconnect sv 6 why not most had almost a year out of there box ,the new sv guys have invested a lot in getting new server up and running but you should not be bringing kv into you problems ,kv will never charge to renew subs ,yes they took 5k units but will be returned to the importer soon as they have done nothing wrong selling fta boxes perfectly legal

I dont understand why you promise all starview users 12 months access after the service was restored. I have only had my box for 4 months and now your asking to pay for a service which is hit and miss.


I think this is a business now. I would ask new customers to pay for the service which should be included in the buying cost and give all existing customers 12 months access and then do a pay service like how others service do on S*Y. Starview are making so many people unhappy due to the questions not being answersed and the new service they meant to provide.

How many people have paid for the pay service starview have introduced?????
