Where to get starview

Hello, I am not new to the site or to the system... just been out the loop for a very long time now and just getting back in.

All my original saved info is gone, so anyone know where I can get the new starview boxes that are reliable (flashed or unflashed)?

Just with being out the loop now I don't want to go to a place that "used" to be good, but now sells clone boxes that arn't worth anything as far as you can throw them.

All i would say to you is dont buy a box just yet because none of the new starview boxes that people have just got are working at the moment, the starview that have been kept upto date with all the new firmware are working but they all have an expiry date and alot had 15th of june 2011 which have all gone off now, mine has an expiry date of 15th of november so is still working ok yet, but a subscription method is being put in place as we speak so just wait till other people that have a new box that is saying not registered is working again, if you went and bought a new starview tomorrow it would only say not registered so i would wait till its all sorted mate.

do not buy it will cost u mare to get it put on 25 6months 45 pound 12 months for a new box cheap but u should get at least 6 months free AT LEAST

That depends on how huch you want to spend mate...................

if you already have a normal sly dish installed, you could be up and running...roughly would cost you ?175, this would include your box and 12 month sub.

if you were to get a Openbox HD S9 (?85) and 12 month sub (?90)

if you decide to go the sat route, you can get a c/s line for cheeeeep, but then you might get what you paid for...very cheeep c/s lines tend to freeze and stutter...so if you look around on web..pay alittle xtra for the sub then you'll get a better c/s line...but you wont get a perfect sub.

always get a test line before you comit yourself, so you can test the channels for 24 hours, then if they dont stutter and freeze and your happy only then buy a sub for 1 month/3month/6month/12 months

Sounds good if server is any way stable & not overloaded.
Price sounds fair providing service is good
Might be better to buy DM500 ?50-?60
Then look for sat-server, there's a few read these forums.
Sure they will contact you if you post request.
Go for server that will give free 7-day trial
Also be wise to use server who accepts pay-pal

Yes mate they all have it all so 2 speak....................

Best to ask them what they don't have, ie adult, racing channels, some international channels etc
