starview 7 not coming on tv??

Hi can somebody pls help me, i have starview 7 and it has been off for 2 days now and im bored . the power all works just does not come on to my tv?

check the scart lead and scart connections as you should be seeing menus and fta channels

nah cant seem to see no menus on the screen, have checked scart but no problems cuz sky works through same scart tho, what can it be u reckon??

Press TV/AV on your star remote, usually happens with those boxes.

just tried above on my remote(box works ok,just testing if above does work) it takes you to traffic information

Think you got a Kryptview box or something,,,,,it is the fix for a stuck SV7

doh yes your right sorry i doubted you.
got sv +kv and look at both forums got mixed up. i should sell one realy dont know which one thou

........maybe, but there again maybe not, having spent hundreds on "free" tv one thing i have learned as most of us have, is that either or both of them could go off at anytime because of raids ,fires, management breakdown and proberbly a 101 other reasons.......... might keep em both....just incase

thats your best bet mate, you should at least have one working, but for how long is the question.

....... days.... weeks ...months ..... years . who knows ill enjoy it while its lasts because ill miss it when its gone
