SV 6 Couple of questions

Firstly thanx for any advice.
I need to know how to find my Mac address im using for
my SV6 connected by cable.
I also would like to know which Box number to use when i reply to the Kiddy.
Is it the one found in the Menu or the one on the back of my SV6. they are different.

hya, i sent the box number and that was fine, sorted out within 12 hours, i had my doubts about it but seems ok (for now!)
