Hi all

My box doesn't work anymore - my box says 'not connected' were it usually said connected (when it was working)

I tested the internet connection on my laptop and it is working perfectly.

I thought it my have been the rs232 wire and db9 adapter so I replaced them, but still nothing...

I have now noticed that under system information my box does not have its own serial number anymore...



Please help!!

P.S. Where is my expiry date?

Firstly u need to read the forums, u may learn alot

Secondly you need to install smgo2.21

Thirdly download supporter 101 and submit ur support request

update the firmware to smgo 2.21..... to fid this either download it from bigmaq toolbar or from the download section here.... Just a word of warning though..... this still might not work unless you take out a STB fee of ?25 for 6 months or ?45 for 12 months......

read post 2 again , and then read the hundreds of other threads explaining it all

And when are you lot going to start up your own Sv support forum. or are you just going to take the money, and let the forums helping at the present time carry on doing your work, after all they will now be actually paying for the privilege of real support, from Sv or is that just another myth ??

he cant get threads deleted m8 only admin or mods can do that.

Not my work actually thought you where doing that with your special Sv powers.

What about the forum folks are paying for support for, or is that not going to happen either, mmm maybe not knowing Sv support which is actually non excising, and never has been.
