If your not connected try this:-
1. Re-install SMGO 2.21 f/ware and press 1819 (or)
2. Restart box,modem and router
If this does not work then go into the system info and find out what expiring date you have.
If your box has expired then you will need to take out an STB which the fee's are ?25 per 6 Months or ?45 per 12 Months. You have to download the SVSupport page from either BIGMAQ or from the download section HERE. The reconnecting period is APROX 24-36 hours on receipt of payment.
