Starview 4 the box super USB problem!

    Starview 4 the box super USB problem!

    Hiya everyone, I'm new to all of this and would be grateful for any advice. I bought a starview 4 yestrday 22/12/2008 on the recommendation of a friend,
    I set it up as per instructions and and it came on for about 5 mins then it went dead, the box will not respond to anything at all now, the remote will not work the box either. All that is working is there is 8882 on the front of the box and nothing else. I have tried to switch the box off and back on but that has'nt worked. do any of you have any ideas as to what is at fault? Thanks for your help. Lester.

      Actually i did, but could'nt find anyone with the same problem as myself, as i stated in my posting " I AM NEW TO ALL OF THIS " thanks for your help!! (not )

        Type '8882' in the search box.
        You could have found out the answer to your problem an hour ago.
