Starview 4 Super usb Problems!

Hi everyone hope sum1 can help me?

Have just downloaded the new firmware V1.06 and have eventually got all the channels to work,
but now as i go into the menu screen to sort and move my channels around in some order both options have gone a transparent orange colour and wont allowed to be selected, any ideas?

can not fine bbc1 to rearrange please help?

factory reset first after flashing , then rescan etc

and there is a new fix out today called v1.07 so use that one and then factory reset again afterwards

tnx 4 your quick response but i have tried factory reset after installing v1.06 and then rescanned and it still didn't work any more ideas??

sry again but what does flashing mean after factory reset?

if you get into the menu do a factory reset ( should be in there somewhere as they all have it )

then flash it with v1.07 , the same way you did it with v1.06 from the pen drive , replacing the v1.06 on the pen drive with v1.07 , and then start the loading process from a switch off

my point here is that the pen drive must not be inserted or removed while the box is on or you can screw the usb ports , plenty of warnings about it with the new firmwares , so starting from cold is still applicable or you may damage your receiver

I dont have this box but I have read the warnings , tutorials and guides as well as seen the software posted on various sites , hut its not my job to post it here , thats for the mods or admins here to do , and I am sure they know where to get this all from as they are members all over the place
