can anyone tell me when i flash the box is there a way to save the order of channels to the way i like

Yes you can.
I'm assuming you are talking about SV2, The BOX.
1) Connect the computer to the box using the leads you use to flash the box
2) Run GTROM program (the one that is used to flash the box)
3) Under File Type on the GTROM program, click the Channel Data File.
4) Click Upload, and the specify a file name and destination.
Once the file is backed up on the computer then you can update the firmware in the normal way, then download the channel data file back onto the box.
I have done this previously myself with no problems. However I had a bit of trouble with the latest 4.57 update for a friend, which I will try again after xmas.
