clone or not

hi all, i got a starview 1 to flash from a friend, it has v400ee on the bottom in black marker, im tinkin that its not a clone because it has that firmware on it, not certain though so i dont want to brick it, any pointers appreciated,

Go to google images and search for starview clones m8, you'll see loads of genuine and clone boxes.
Better to open it and check the heatsink on it, genuine and clones are totally different m8.
