Subtitles - SV7

Hi Guys was wondering if you can help

I am currently running the latest firmware on the SV7 and it works fine but recently the subtitles have began to appear and I cannot get rid of them please can someone tell how to remove them thanks

press the red button on yer remote and turn subtitles off

If you try to turn them off and it won't work turn the box off at the back

Thanks guys I have tried both turning it off works but then they reappear
