starviw 7 but is connected but channels not working

Hi, I am not receiving any channels not even the bbc1 etc.


I scanned the box first with the optc cable then took it out after scan and went to a premium channel and typed 1819.

It said enabled but I have no channels.

It says connected as well and I have an IP on the box.

having said that , with the coax cable connected you should be getting at least 17 fta channels

with the coax cable i get the 17 channels but with out it in i dont get any not even bbc 1 thanks anyway

thats correct , you need the coax cable in permanently , as well as the lan

why you removed it is beyond me
