If you have lost all your premium channels and getting message say ***8220; not connected ***8220; make sure you have latest SMGO 2.21 firmware installed and you have activated your box***8230;.
Copy SMGO 2.21 firmware to a external storage device or usb pen (make sure its formatted to fat 32)
Insert external storage device or usb pen into the usb ports at the rear of the box
Press Menu > Utility > Usb > ok > select SMGO221.ups > ok
Select s/w upgrade > ok
Wait for s/w upgrade to complete and box to restart
Once restarted
Factory Default
Menu > Installation > Factory Default > ok > ok
Scan for Channels
Menu > Installation > Auto search > ok
Select your symbol rate ( Vermin 6887 / 6952 C&W ) or leave on auto and select search
Wait for search to complete > ok > exit > exit
To activate - go to premium channel (ie sly sports 1) press 1819 on the remote and a box will appear top left of screen saying Enable, press ok

If you have the latest SMGO2.21 firmware installed on your box and getting a blue box on the screen saying box expired you can get it back up and running as follows***8230;
Mark down your box / mac no ***8211; you will get this from the menu
Using remote press Menu then scroll to System Settings and press ok,
at the bottom there will be the box no ref - 00261******* 12 digit ref

Once you box comes back on you can check your new expiry date same as above ***8211; Menu, System Settings etc.
I have had mine and a few friends***8217; boxes updated now and all good.
At present about 95% of channels working but SV Team are working on getting all channels back online ASAP
