need help no channels being picked up at all

hi peeps need sum help if possible, my starview box suddenly stopped working last nite, i done a scan and it now does not pick a single channel for sum reason even the fta, WHY???

have u checked all cables? reboot the box?

Thought SV had a support site now seems 2 be working well then.....................

yeh checked all cables fine done a reboot also still no luck,i have old starview box in other room just for fta channels and that box is not working either. i will try the support site now

if both boxes are not working your vm feed must be down or dead

you should always get approx 17 fta channels

answer vermin are clearing out all unused cables in their hubs mate

that might be the issue
check out side at your cables

So is that what it is then that they clearing all unused cables mate?? it just happened out the blue last night, the cables and everything is still there outside tho?? what wud be best thing to do now u reckon

Thanks guys for all the replys, waited a few hrs done rescan on both boxes working fine now cheers
