starview 9600 hd caci how to enter a 4 digit port

starview 9600 hd caci CC*am... how to enter a 4 digit port

Hi Hope someone can help on the SAT side I have been give a Cam exchange and it only has a 4 digit port..but on a Starview you can only enter a 5 digit port ..can anyone help

the port number is 1240

Ive tried putting 01240 and 1240 but wont connect can anyone please please please help thanks in advance
