got the SV4, but it keeps freezing when recording or paursing, any ideas?

what software version do you have on it find this out buy pressing menu-system information and see what it says next to s/w version
if it dosn't say 1.70 you have the wrong software on it and that might be your problem. you can get the new software in the downloads section at the top of the page Theboxsuperusb_1.70.bin

Yep got mine up and running well impressed just cant figure out how to swap channels about the swap is greyed out ....

Hi, I ordered mine yesterday from Cablebox4U and it arrived this morning. However, it keeps getting stuck during autoscan at around 78%. I have not checked firmware or tried to upgrade to the latest. Can anyone advise what I should do?

Press menu and system info and posts what it says please.

Hi Satsmo, it was on V1.03. Using your other posts, downloaded V1.07, flashed it and was up and running in about 10 minutes. Autoscan was so fast compared to SV3 that I could not believe it.
