No the Starview PVR has a twin tuner though !
SV 4 is a single tuner.

Yeah they are ok, if you can get one around about the same price as a sv4 then go for it, if you buy brand new you will have to buy a 3.5" hard drive for it ok.
Check Ebay, they come up now and again quite cheap to.
