i ad my starview it was on then the expiry date was nov 15 just sold it they sayin not workin ? is the server still on

yes should be,do they have the lan cable connected to modem/router,try powering all off at rear for 30 secs then on,also make sure 1819 is entered.

if you look again at expiry date it will proberly be 15th october now, mine as been 15th november for months then last week when i checked it again it now says 15th october and the starview team said sorry about the incoveneace but its always been the 15th october and not 15th november, they said there was a bug in the system that got the dates wrong at first lmao, i think the only bug i know about with starview is the 1 thats been eating away at my expiry date
