I put the latest 8.02e update in my the box super and it went in fine rebooted and now the display on the box is blan. If i put it on the tv it just shows the boot up screen and sticks there. I have tried reflashing several times it reflashes but with the same result. Please can any one help kids are really upset

try 8.04e as thats the latest one on an sv3 super

alternatively go back to 7.09 or earlier and see if it works ok and then factory reset before flashing 8.04e , and again factory reset afterwards too

if you have the new usb super you have put the wrong update in it v1.07 from the downloads is what you need

no it is the star view 3 the box super tried 8.04 and older updates still the same. do you mean the ok on the remote if so tried that no better

do i bin it or do you think someone will be able to help. Where is the best place to buy a new one

Tried putting 6.0e on no good but when i put the logo file in bingo it works. Put 8.02 on stopped working loaded 4.03 and the logo file and bingo it works again with software showing as 8.02e so if any one has a blank display try 4.03 and just download the logo file
